The level of the yoga sessions is adapted to the participants. Whether beginner or advanced – you are very welcome!
Day 1, we say “welcome”
- From 15:00: Check-in
- Welcome circle & welcome yoga
- Dinner together
- In the evening, either free time for wellness and relaxation or round off the evening with a drink together
Day 2:
- Good Morning Yoga (8 to 9)
- Nutritious breakfast buffet
- Creative activities (drawing, painting, crafting)
- Free time (e.g. for wellness)
- Power Yoga with special guests (goats & sheep)
- Dinner together
Day 3:
- Good Morning Yoga
- Nutritious breakfast buffet
- Meditation / Pranayama
- Short hike & mountain yoga (mindful flow)
- Shared return by gondola
- Dinner together
Day 4, we say “Goodbye!”
- Wake up yoga

- Meditation & closing circle

Cancellation conditions of the retreat
The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply in our hotel. In the event of cancellation, the corresponding costs will be charged:
The cancellation costs for retreats are as follows:
- Cancellation eight weeks or more before the start of the seminar: 60% of the participation fee.
- Cancellation four weeks or more before the start of the seminar: 80% of the participation fee.
- Cancellation two weeks or more before the start of the seminar: 100% of the participation fee.
- In the event of premature cancellation of the above-mentioned events, there will be no refund.
In order to avoid cancellation costs, a substitute participant can be named.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat in urgent cases. In such cases, the retreat will be postponed and rescheduled. The customer will be informed in good time.
Urgent cases are:
- If the minimum number of 4 participants is not reached, the retreat will be cancelled prematurely. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded in full by brandgut. No further claims can be made.
- In the event of the cancellation of the course instructor or other unforeseeable events that make it unreasonably difficult to hold the event.

About Lukas and Alex:
Lukas Ziegler is a handpan enthusiast, sound researcher, and retreat host with heart. With his calm, authentic manner, he guides you on your journey to your first unique sound – step by step, playfully and easily, following the proven Malte Marten method. Lukas creates spaces for development, experimentation, and letting go. Alex Pichler is a yoga teacher with a passion for creative movement. His classes combine Hatha, Yin, and dynamic elements like Animal Flow – sometimes challenging, sometimes completely calm, but always mindful. With Alex, you’ll find lightness, grounding, and new energy – on and off the mat.

No stress, no beat – just your own rhythm. All sessions are suitable for beginners and are individually tailored to the group’s level. You don’t need any previous experience – just curiosity, a love of sound, and a little courage to play with fire.

Cancellation conditions

The cancellation costs for this retreat are as follows:
- 59 to 28 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee of the total price
- 27 to 14 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee of the total price
- from 13 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee of the total price
To avoid cancellation fees, a substitute participant may be nominated.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat in urgent cases. In these cases, the retreat will be postponed and rescheduled. The customer will be informed in a timely manner. Urgent cases include:
- If the minimum number of participants of six is not reached, the retreat will be canceled early. Brandgut will fully refund the amount paid. No further claims arise.
In the event of the instructor’s absence or other unforeseeable events that make it unreasonably difficult to hold the event.
